How booking works
- Send the form above. The estimate it shows is a guide, not an invoice.
- We check the boat and the weather for your date and reply by email, usually the same day.
- Once you confirm, the date and time are held for you and we agree how you will pay.
- On the day we collect you from your accommodation at the time we agreed.
Payment
We do not accept card payments. Payment is arranged with you at the time of booking, and confirming your booking means you accept our booking and cancellation policy.
Changing or cancelling
We need at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel a confirmed booking. Later than that, a fifty percent fee applies, and that includes deciding on the day not to go out because of weather when we have not cancelled the trip ourselves. If we cancel for safety, no fee applies and you can reschedule or take a refund.
